Develop and maintain strong pack-troop relationships, sharing with the troop committee the need for graduations into the troop.

The Pack 438 Committee has a number of positions allowing more diversity in duties as well as redundancy in areas of critical need. Pack 438 is very fortunate to have an active group of volunteer leaders on our committee. A well organized committee makes the Cubmaster’s job much easier and ensures that a quality program is delivered to the youth. The most efficient way for the committee to run is to assign specific tasks to specific members.
